The roller has a hollow core and collapses down for storage, which is the practical difference between a roller that lives in a cupboard and one that lives behind a door and never gets used. Expanded it is a standard 13 inch roller with a moulded surface.
Two balls come with it. The firmer one is for the larger muscles of the leg and the softer one for the foot and the areas around the shoulder blade, where a firm ball is simply too much. Nothing in the set needs charging and nothing vibrates.

- Wipe clean with a damp cloth Let it dry completely before it goes back in a drawer.
- Does it need batteries or charging?
- No. Nothing in this catalog is an electronic device. There is no motor, no battery, no heating element and nothing to plug in.
